Youth Football

A couple of issues have come up regarding youth football. Remember these are youth football rules and we MUST use their rules when officiating their games.

* Half time is 15 minutes + 3 minute warm-up. Do not cut short the 3 min. warm-up so you can start the second half .
* Scouts can play until 15 min. prior to the start of the first game. Youth Football is claiming that "Some officials are ending the scouts 30 minutes prior to the start of the first game then sitting around for 30 minutes". The point they are making is that these officials are ending the scout game to soon, not the fact that they are sitting around between games. If you do not want to do the scout games and let the kid play their full alotted time, then tell Dave and Ken not to assign you these games.
* The scout cheer leaders will do their routines after the scout games, THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO DO THEIR CHEER ROUTINES.
* Over-Time, ALL UNSUSED TIME OUTS carry over.
* Wording of above paragraphs corrected on 10/25/07
