C.C.F.O.A.,
I want to thank the association for the very generous gift to my children.
We were completely overwhelmed at the unexpected gift.
President's Message
On behalf of the board, I welcome you to the 2002 season, which has been begun with board meetings, during which we have discussed a sundry of issues, including: ratings, the budget, and schedules. To ensure that we maintain the highest quality officials, we solicit your help in recruiting new members. If you know of a prospective new member, please provide Dan Leary with the person's name, telephone number, address, and e-mail address, Dan wll place them on the mailing list.
Although costs are increasing dramatically, the directors and I have opted to retain the dues structure at $75 fo returning members and $100 for new officials ( includes a $25 refundable bond). Other options will be explored to maintain expenditures at previous years levels.
The association will continue to make full use of our independent web site, domain name www.ccfoa.com To reduce costs, correspondence will be sent to you via the internet. Monthly newsletters will be published the first of each month and the Tuesday following our first association meetings. The first newsletter has been mailed to all, as well as posted over the internet. Those without e-mail access are obligated to inform Dan Leary to send to you correspondence by mail.
My e-mail address and telephone number are on the web site. I invite your sugestions and comments. I look forward to working with all of you this year.
Steve Corrigan
