CCFOA Incorporation Document

A proposed incorporation document based on the one adopted by the Contra Costa Basketball Association is available via a link on this web site. Please scrutinize its contents, and feel free to make any suggestions or comments regarding its text. Later a vote of the membership will be taken to determine whether or not incorporation is to take place. Currently, it is the board's recommendation that the CCFOA invoke this measure as a means to further insulate us from legal liability.
